Service Sales Engineer(s) Contracting Benelux m/f

Area: Benelux Position requirements and Responsibilities:
In this position in the air solutions branch you;

-Generate Services Agreement, Ad Hoc Service & Parts Revenue.

-Develop lasting service relationships with new and existing customers, including both Ingersoll Rand and competitive accounts.

-Call on existing, drifted and new customers and cold calls to engage in Agreement Services Sales.

-Keep current with all product / business model knowledge (Package CARE Agreements, Preventive Maintenance Contracts, and other Services) and training needed.

Creatively provide solutions to customer needs by aligning Services offering with customer and business needs.

For internal business development you;

Provide selling expertise on Services products for internal sales team in developing pricing strategy and sales strategy for spin off in service-related programs within defined territory and/or across location trading area.

You Manage the order flow and projects funnel

Ensure that all orders obtained are error-free.

Ensure contract language is aligned with and in compliance with business unit guidance as it relates to Terms and Conditions.

Ensure resolution of all customer disputes.

Manage all costs associated with selling efforts, including adherence to company policies on travel and entertainment expenditures.

Manage agreement pricing by fully utilizing costing tools and resources provided, in consultation with Service Manager for equipment history (.TCO)

Ensure adherence to safety rules (vehicle safety, customer site safety) in the field, as well as all company and customer locations.

Earn Customer loyalty by troubleshooting to resolve customer satisfaction and service issues.

Managing service relationships by working closely with the Service team on active contracts and prospecting for early renewals.

Provide assistance, as needed with service contracts communications by resolving open issues.
Maintain quote log with face-to-face customer interactions in the order management system. Record key contract milestones (e.g. proposal, senior level reviews), reporting requirements, and database requirements. Provide feedback on market conditions

Position Requirements:-Services agreement sales experience, ideally in industrial products and services is preferred.-Compressed air installations knowledge is preferred.
-Experience in negotiating multi-year services terms and conditions is also preferred.
-Proficient n Microsoft Office computer applications required; strong analytical reasoning skills.
-Excellent selling, solution recommendation and customer facing skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential to navigate between the operations and senior level decision makers; discerning between the user and the buyer of the services.
-Team worker in collaboration with other members of sales and services team; desire to win as an individual and as a team.
-Business Acumen; used to corporate envrironment.Besides Dutch as mother tongue, fluency and written command in English and French is necessary. This role will require a large percentage of travel within the complete Benelux.
